MONTREAL, June 3 (UPI) -- A Montreal man said Wednesday he delivered his wife's baby at a city hospital last month because there was no medical staff on hand to help.
Mark Schouls told the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. he got his wife, Karine Lachapelle, to Royal Victoria Hospital in time the night of May 12 and was told it appeared the birth was hours away. But early on May 13 when their son wouldn't wait any longer to be born, and no doctor or nurse was there, he took matters into his own hands.

If the left gets its way, this is what American health care will look like in ten years.  Look, it's easy.  The head comes out first...

COLCHESTER, England, June 2 (UPI) -- A Range Rover owner dissatisfied with his $83,000 vehicle parked it outside of an English dealership with signs touting its flaws.
The driver parked the 2007 Range Rover Sport HSE outside the Lookers Land Rover showroom in Colchester with signs in its windows reading: "Problems with ... 6 front ball joints, 4 front arm bushes, new seat base, front and rear n/s struts, full n/s suspension unit, anti-roll bar bushes, air con," the Daily Mail reported Tuesday.

What does he want for $83,000, a Honda Accord?

From the Charlotte News and Observer:  CHAPEL HILL -- Elizabeth Edwards plans to open a furniture store called Red Window in downtown Chapel Hill in October.  Edwards has leased space in Rosemary Village at 400 W. Rosemary St., according to town records.  The store will feature styles and prices patterned after the charity store The Red Door that Edwards' mother managed when she lived in Japan, according to a release Tuesday from the Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitors Bureau.

We wish her well.  We hope her sickening husband doesn't come in and buy a bed.
